Physical Education

In PE, class teachers individually or alongside specialist coaches plan a broad curriculum to ensure competence in physical activities, encourage children to engage in competitive sports and competitions and to lead a healthy and active lifestyle.  This is taught through a series of activities based on  gymnastics, multi-skills, dance, competitive games (e.g. hockey, football, tag-rugby, tennis, rounders, cricket) athletics, outdoor and adventurous activities as well as swimming.
