Welcome to Year 3 and 4!
Our class teachers are Mrs Armstrong and Mrs Porter. Mrs Armstrong teaches us on a Monday-Thursday and Mrs Porter teaches us on a Friday. Our teaching assistants are Mrs Young and Mrs Russell.

Year 3/4 are given homework on a Friday which can be found in their homework books and it will also be listed on our class homework page on the school website. Homework is due in on the following Wednesday and then spellings and mental maths are tested on the Friday. Children also bring home a school reading book. We ask that children read to an adult at home every day and that this is recorded in their reading record.
Please can we ask that all children in year 3/4 bring in their reading book every day and have their PE kit in school every day.

Lexia core 5 – This is a fantastic website to support your child in developing their literacy skills. There is a separate instruction sheet on how to login to Lexia in your child’s homework book. Each child has a personal login which can be found in their reading record books.
Spelling shed – Every child has their own login to access spelling shed in their reading records.
Times Tables Rock Stars - Every child has their own login in their reading records to access this site. It is a fun way to practise your times tables recall!
Top Marks - This has a range of games that can support your child.
